Don’t let the OMCs prevent you from reading this story. It’s a story of the people we rarely see on the show and it’s utterly believable.
Game Over (The Like the Rifle Remix)
A team romance mcshep_match story for the prompt, “Face the Music.” “Team Romance” should give it away but, really, this is one romantic story.
Overture
A team romance mcshep_match fic for the prompt, “Aftermath.” Summary: John only has a moment to boggle at the fact that Elizabeth knows what a Tyrolese Grey is and what it looks like before he boggles harder at the fact that they’ve ended up in an uninhabited parallel Stargate-less universe with cows. Funny and and incredibly sweet, light read.
Note: At the time of this rec, the author has not been revealed. Please leave me a comment if you stumble on this after the reveal and I haven’t yet given the author their rightful due.
Pick Yourself Up, Dust Yourself Down
Summary: “I’m not gay, all right?” John announced, dropping his tray on the table with a thud. A team romance mcshep_match story for the prompt, “Famous Last Words.” This story is fun and sweet and put a smile on my face.
Not a Love Song
Summary: Jensen breaks his arm, Jared is a mother hen, and everything ends in sex. This story is just the sweetest thing. It’s fun and charming and I adore both Jared and Jensen in it. At 14K words, it’s also short enough for one sitting but long enough to feel entirely satisfying.

This is a long, winding look at Sam and Josh over the course of 10 years. Non-linear. Lovely story.
Chance to Make it Real

Summary: The Wraith make it to Earth, and John and Daniel are left to pick up the pieces. I finished this story one night before bed and thought about it the entire next day. At both it’s most bleak and it’s most hopeful, you feel right along with John and Daniel.
At The Hour When We Are Trembling
Apocafic set post “Unending.” This story made me ache, ache, ache.
The Joy That You Find Here You’ve Borrowed
All through this series I’ve said that each part can stand alone. This is the first that left me hanging but it also left me wanting more. Part five is here.
Take These Broken Wings [6]
A continuation, of sorts, from the fourth installement where Christmas with the Mitchells remains complicated. (Though there are now five parts, this is not a WIP. Each part can, in its own right, end the series.) Part four is here.
